    WHAT IS VIRGIN HAIR?

 Virgin Hair is human hair that is in its natural state. No chemicals, not processed, and all cuticles are                                                                                                             intact.

HOW CAN I MEASURE THE LENGTH OF MY BUNDLES?

Measureing your hair is very easy ! You will measure the hair using measuring tape then place tape  from the top of the weft (track) to the end of the free flowing hair. This will tell you the full length of the hair.

     CAN THE HAIR BE STRAIGHTENED OR CURLED?

Your Tresses can be styles anyway you would like. Like your natural hair, we do not advise too much heat or over manipulation of the hair. Depending on how well the hair is taken care of, the hair can last up to a year+

      CAN I COLOR MY BUNDLES?

As stated above, the hair can be colored but it is also advised that it is done by a professional for best                                                                             results and for longevity of the hair.

                   HOW MANY BUNDLES SHOULD I ORDER?

The key to determining how many bundles to purchase depends on the lengths you want. We recommend 2-3 bundles of hair for lengths 12"-16". If you would like lengths over 18”-24", we recommend ordering 3-4 bundles of hair. If you desire 26"-30" we recommend 4-5 bundles. This varies also by head size, how much volume you would want for your hair and if you will have a closure/frontal.

    SHIPPING POLICY

There is a standard processing time of 48 hours after you order is made. Please allow for a 3-5 day shipping time. You will receive a shipping email and number once your tresses are on their way.
           No Holiday Shipping.

     RETURN POLICY
Because of hygienic reasons we do not offer returns/refunds unless there is a mistake on behalf of D.Renee Tresses company. This include wrong lengths, hair texture, or amount of hair sent the hair needs to be in its original packaging, tresses cannot be unraveled and hair cannot be washed or heavily manipulated. Also this policy is void if the hair has been in your possession for 5 days or more without contacting D.Renee tresses.
